Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of aiforpharma.ai. By using the site or applying to the consortium, you agree to them. AI for Pharma is convened by the team behind PharmaOS, in India.
Agreement
By accessing aiforpharma.ai (the site) or submitting an application or community sign-up, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the team behind PharmaOS, who operate AI for Pharma.
What AI for Pharma is, and is not
AI for Pharma is a consortium being convened for India’s commercial pharma leadership and the technology companies building for them. The site is informational and provides a way to apply to attend and to join the community.
The consortium is in its founding period. No edition has been held yet, and there are no confirmed dates, venues, members, or partners. Nothing on the site is an offer, a guarantee of admission, or a promise of any specific date, venue, or outcome. Plans may change.
Applications and membership
Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not entitle you to an invitation, and we may accept or decline anyone for any lawful reason. We may change the format, cadence, pricing, and other details of the consortium, or decide not to proceed, at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit information that is false, misleading, or not yours to share;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or harm others;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data, except as expressly permitted; or
- misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
Your submissions
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to review your application and to operate the consortium, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the essays, the AI for Pharma name and brand, the visual design, and the underlying code, are owned by the operators or their licensors and are protected by law. You may read and share short quotations with attribution and a link, but you may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and relies on third-party services, including WhatsApp and PharmaOS. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
No professional advice
The essays and other content on the site are for general information only. They are not legal, regulatory, medical, financial, or investment advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
